The Association Caritative de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs
ACCR, 'an association caritative', is the Chaîne's non-profit making entity designated with the task and objective of giving help and assistance to the most under privileged through its food-related initiatives and charitable aid programmes worldwide. The Chaîne heart-shaped pin is the symbol of our charity and our way of expressing appreciation for the contributions received from members knowing their support will directly help someone, somewhere in the world.
The winner of the 15th National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition is Remzi İçöz from Swissôtel Grand Efes, Izmir.
“Chaîne des Rôtisseurs” branch in Turkey organized the 15th National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition on May 11th, 2011 at Yeditepe University. The 1st prize winner of the competition, Remzi İҫὂz from Swissôtel Grand Efes, Izmir represented Turkey in the International Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition which took place on September 9th, 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey.
The winner of 3rd Annual National Jeunes Sommeliers Competition is MUSTAFA ZORLUOĞLU from Sunset Grill & Bar
The Chaine des Rotisseurs National Bailliage de Turquie in cooperation with the Turkish Sommeliers Association organised the 3rd Annual National Jeunes Sommeliers competition on May 31, 2011. The first prize winner Mustafa Zorluoğlu represented Turkey in the 5th Annual International Jeunes Sommeliers Competition which took place Athens, Greece on September 16th, 2011.
