The Winner of the 13th National Young Commis Rôtisseurs Competition is Elif Şahbaz from Sheraton Hotel Ankara
The second prize winner was Güngor Taş from Divan Hotel Talya – Antalya, and the third prize winner was İbrahim Akdeniz from Swissotel The Bosphorus – Istanbul.
The Golden Toque Competition took place at Antalya Expo Centre between 15-18 January 2009 within the scope of the Anfaş Hotel Equipment Exhibition.
More than 100 international chefs from Spain, Greece, Italy, Germany, Malta and the United Kingdom participated to the competition where gourmets from the Chaine des Rotisseurs were also members of the jury.
Four Seasons Hotel at Sultanahmet is the winner of the Ottoman Cuisine Competition
Kitchen team of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet, consisting of uniquely talented chefs, has won the first prize in the Ottoman Palace Dishes Competition held in Amasya on August 16 – 17.
